ACCORD Italy · Florence
ACCORD Italy sells a reserved dome slot and the full three-day pass with two audio-guide apps, one for the dome and one for the cathedral, and its staff in yellow vests hand over the tickets on the day. Pick it if the official shop is sold out and you want commentary without a group.

What you get is the Brunelleschi Pass (dome, Giotto's Bell Tower, baptistery, Opera del Duomo Museum, Santa Reparata) with a time slot already booked, plus two multilingual apps that talk you through the dome climb and the cathedral. A staff member in a bright yellow vest meets you near the entrance, hands over paper tickets with your names on them and helps load the audio. Keep the paper: you scan it at every turnstile for three days.
Read the cancellation line before anything else. This one is non-refundable and can't be changed for any reason, unlike every other tour on this site. That matches the official rule for dome slots, which can't be changed or refunded either, but the official pass costs 30 EUR on the Opera's price page and this costs $78.
Only three reviews so far, all five stars. One couple got in during a fully booked July with two weeks' notice; another found the paper ticket pickup clumsy and wished the tickets came by email. Earphones aren't included, so bring your own. The three days start from the date and time of your dome slot, not from the day you book.
Meet ACCORD's staff near the entrance at the time in your confirmation; they hand over printed, named tickets.
Staff help you install the dome and cathedral apps. Bring earphones and a charged phone.
Leave bags at the free storage at Piazza Duomo 38/r, then queue at Porta della Mandorla.
463 steps on your own, with the app explaining the fresco, the double shell and the herringbone brickwork.
Bell tower, baptistery, museum and Santa Reparata once each. The museum closes on the first Tuesday of the month.
★★★★★The dome climb and a lot of the main attractions were fully booked for the entire month of July via the main attraction for websites. However, this pass allowed us to get in at an appointed time and climb the dome [...] Highly recommend if you're unable to get a normal ticket and still want to do the dome climb while getting access to everything in the normal Brunaschellis pass.
★★★★★[...] 3 day access to the Doumo complex: tour of the Cathedral crypts of Resparata, the Baptistery , climb the Dome, the Bell Tower etc. [...] We had to find a person to get paper tickets from and then help us load the audio onto our phones. The directions could just be clearer on where to go and automate the process. But the rest of the experience was great. Would definitely recommend.

From the date and time of your dome slot, according to the listing. Each monument can be entered once in those three days.
For the climb, yes: no guide is allowed to lecture on the narrow stairs anyway, and the official official 50 EUR dome tour also leaves you to climb alone. If you want a live guide inside the cathedral, compare in our tickets guide.
